Refund policy

1. What Can Be Returned

Unused, unopened products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Contact us before returning anything.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Email hello@houseofwhitey.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. What We Can’t Accept

Used, damaged, or soiled products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

5. Exchanges

If you received the wrong product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
